MPT Project for Kids
MPT has created an evidence-based program that incorporates physical fitness as a coping skill for at-risk youth, as well as for emotionally and mentally struggling children and teens. This 8 week program combines psychotherapy and physical exercise as a therapeutic technique to release negative emotion(s) healthily.

Small group sizes of 4-6 participants help to create an environment that is safe, confidential, and comfortable regardless of mental, emotional, and/or physical needs.

Exercise, fitness, teamwork, support, and emotion processing are features of this project, with emphasis on SAFETY at all times. Additionally, sensory strategies will be used and self-regulation skills will be emphasized.
