Testimonials

What People Are Saying About MPT

My child really enjoyed the MPT Project. He feels it helped him with managing his emotions. I have noticed that he doesn't get angry as easily, and he's matured as a person. He's even offering to cook for his friends!

Angela G.

I have noticed that my son has been a lot calmer since the MPT Project. He always tells me how comfortable he feels at group, and that means so much to me.

Jacqueline K.

She loved it! When she came home from the MPT Project, she was more relaxed and happier. She was always excited to go and getting ready early. She now takes the time to understand herself, and pays more attention to how she is handling things.

Kendra B.

I was going through a difficult time in my life and I was looking for a healthy and inspiring outlet. Mindful Performance Therapy (the MPT Project) was just what I needed with a great trainer and supportive group. I continue to use the skills and lessons I learned from the cohort to this day. Highly recommended!
